Sam Tait

CEO. Advisor. Tech. Founder. Speaker.

With digital expertise, board experience, and fresh ideas, I’ll help RMIT Online enhance online learning and prepare students for future careers.

Innovation. Courage. Challenge. Heart. Adventure. Health and Fitness. Connection. Family.

Nike’s “Just Do It” has been my lifelong mantra. When a broken leg ended my rugby career, I didn’t just wait – I acted.

I turned that setback into an opportunity, building a social media agency from my hospital bed.

That’s how I created my own path in the digital world back in 2009.

My Skills

I lead a digital marketing agency that’s transformed major brands like Priceline and SpecSavers Australia. As a national judge for the Telstra Best of Business Awards and a tech contributor to Channel 7, I’m at the forefront of digital innovation. My expertise spans sports leadership, digital marketing, and educational technology. I’ve guest lectured at RMIT, served on the Rugby Victoria board, and advised La Trobe University’s course development.

My passion lies in blending digital innovation with education, creating transformative learning experiences that prepare people for the future of work. From turning a career-ending injury into a thriving business to bringing face-to-face workshops online globally for the Australian Institute of Sport, I embody Nike’s “Just Do It” philosophy in everything I do, and I do it with enthusiasm and substance, or not at all!
